With a quarterback problem of its own, the Browns and coach Hue Jackson signed Griffin on Thursday to a 2-year deal. The Browns have the No. 2 pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and only have Josh McCown, Austin Davis and Connor Shaw on the roster at the QB position.
