Browns sign fourth-round pick Derrick Kindred

The Browns announced Friday they signed safety Derrick Kindred to his rookie contract.

The fourth-round draft pick (No. 129 overall) from TCU received a four-year deal, which is worth $2.84 million and includes a signing bonus of about $499,000, per OverTheCap.com.

The Browns have signed eight of their 14 draft picks, including wide receiver Corey Coleman (first round), outside linebacker Emmanuel Ogbah (second), wide receiver Jordan Payton (fifth), offensive lineman Spencer Drango (fifth), wide receiver Rashard Higgins (fifth), cornerback Trey Caldwell (fifth) and inside linebacker Scooby Wright III (seventh).
