INDIANAPOLIS -- The reason to know the Browns will get a quarterback answer this offseason, one way or another, is that you know they want to be the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Browns gave the Eagles the opportunity to be who they are - one of the 24 teams at the NFL Combine without a pressing quarterback problem they need to think about addressing high in the draft.
The Browns remain on the other side, one of eight teams with that pressing need who are thinking quarterback first in their interviews and evaluations, even if they don't end up drafting a quarterback first.
