Every morning Joel Bitonio eats a hearty breakfast in the Browns cafeteria, glances over the practice script for the day and sends a text to his fiancée Courtney.
And then he pulls out his notebook and pen, scribbling two words down at the top of the page.

“For me, when people say you played good – that’s nice of them to say,” Bitonio said. “But when it comes down to 20 years from now, they are going to say how many Pro Bowls did you make? And how many winning seasons did your team have.
