After beating Wake Forest this past weekend in a three-game series, Clemson’s baseball team moved up to No. 2 in the latest RPI rankings released by NCAA Stats on Monday.
With a three-game series at No. 3 North Carolina slated for this weekend in Chapel Hill, N.C. and a three game-series with No. 6 Louisville at Doug Kingsmore beginning on May 12, the Tigers could have a shot not just as a top-eight national seed, but as the No. 1 overall seed as well.
Clemson also has a three-game series at No. 63 NC State left on the schedule.
