Dakereon Joyner, one of the state’s top 2018 prospects, was in Clemson last Saturday for the Notre Dame game.
The quarterback/athlete from Fort Dorchester spoke with TheClemsonInsider earlier this week.
“I was so excited to get back up. I really enjoyed myself,” Joyner said. “It was one of my favorite times at Clemson, despite the rain. The rain didn’t hold me up. I enjoyed myself.”
Joyner was liked what he saw from the Tigers in their 24-22 win.
“They played well. I really enjoy watching Deshaun Watson play. That’s my idol. I study him and I just watch every little thing he does and I try to take something from him,” he said.
