CLEMSON, SC – Following the sweep at Louisville Clemson head coach Monte Lee had a “come to Jesus” meeting with the Tigers. Clemson responded with a 12-0 win over Georgia Tuesday night at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.
Ryley Gilliam got the second start at Clemson and pitched a gem. Gilliam went 5.0 innings and gave up only one hit, no runs.
Chris Okey and Seth Beer led the Tigers at the plate. Beer was 2-2 with three RBI’s while Chris Okey was 2-4 with 5 RBI’s and a grand slam.
The Tigers jumped all over the Dawgs in the first.
