Clemson football has officially turned its’ attention to the Kent State Golden Flashes to begin the 2017 season.
A lot of things are beginning to fall into place as the Tigers named their starting quarterback and other position battles are being answered.
There are still a few questions, but one that hasn’t been discussed ad nauseam has been Ray-Ray McCloud subtle change to defensive back.
While only the coaching staff knows the true answers, here’s what we have heard.
From everything we were told, Ray-Ray McCloud was very good in the secondary.
As a matter of fact, I talked to a donor who was at the scrimmage and he said that McCloud was one of the best defensive backs on the field that day.
