Unlike our friends in Columbia, the Tigers had no problem with the Blue Hose on Wednesday night.
Sam Hall, playing 3rd for an injured Patrick Cromwell, got the scoring started in this one. He picked up his first career hit and RBI with two outs in the 2nd. Starting pitcher Holt Jones promptly gave up 2 runs in the 3rd to give the Blue Hose a 2-1 lead.
Then 3rd inning happened. Clemson has lived off walks and home runs all season and Wednesday night was no different.
