Wando wide receiver OrTre Smith is considered one of the top 2017 prospects in the state of South Carolina.
According to 247, he’s the best. Rivals ranks him No. 2 behind Lake Marion safety Davondre Robinson. Both list Smith as a four-star prospect, but 247 classifies him as an athlete.
Several schools have offered the 6-3, 205-pound prospect, including South Carolina, Florida State, Georgia Tech, Louisville and Tennessee.
Earlier this summer, Clemson hosted him for the first session of the Dabo Swinney Football Camp.
