St. Thomas Aquinas high school in Fort Lauderdale, Florida is one of the most storied programs in all of high school football. Stars such as NFL Hall of famer Michael Irvin, Lamarcus Joyner and Joey Bosa once walked the halls of St. Thomas Aquinas.
I caught up with 2019 linebacker, Anthony Solomon whose uncle, Roger Harriott, is the head coach at St. Thomas Aquinas.
I started off by asking Solomon what it was like to play at a program like St. Thomas Aquinas.
“I mean being down in Florida is probably one of the greatest opportunities I’ve ever had to play football, because I’ve been to camps all around the country and I haven’t seen the same athletes I’ve seen in Florida.
