As we know Clemson lost starting left tackle Isaiah Battle due to his entry into the NFL Supplemental Draft following a June 11 citation for speeding and simple possession of marijuana. Kicker Ammon Lakip has been suspended indefinitely by head coach Dabo Swinney following his June 6 arrest for driving under the influence and simple possession of cocaine.
Both were big blows to a Clemson team many expected to be the favorite to win the ACC this fall.
