The Good
–Nice start by the rookie, John Lamb: six innings, two runs allowed on five hits, eight strikeouts and no losses. Not bad for a kid making just his fourth big league start.
–Joey Votto reached base three times in four plate appearances (two hits and a walk). Todd Frazier was 2-4 with a double.
The Bad
