Rodriguez was batting .272 with nine home runs and 40 RBIs in 80 games for Louisville this season. Ranked as the Reds' No. 9 prospect, the 22-year-old played 11 games in the Majors last season with Cincinnati. He was named on June 26 to the World Team in the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game, which will be played on Sunday at Great American Ball Park.
