With Dre Kirkpatrick doubtful, Bengals secondary looks shaky vs. Dolphins

CINCINNATI -- Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick has been declared doubtful for Thursday night's game against the Dolphins.

If Kirkpatrick doesn't play, that's heavy blow for the Bengals' secondary, as he starts on the outside opposite Adam Jones. The Bengals' secondary badly needs a bounce-back game after giving up four touchdowns to Broncos quarterback Trevor Siemian

Working in the favor of the Bengals are the Dolphins' own injuries. Two of their top receivers, Jarvis Landry and DeVante Parker, are both questionable to play on Thursday.

The Bengals would likely turn to Darqueze Dennard or Josh Shaw to replace Kirkpatrick.
