The Cincinnati Bengals have signed defensive end Cedric Johnson to a rookie contract, the team announced Monday. Johnson was the team’s sixth-round NFL Draft choice by way of the Ole Miss Rebels.

Weighing in at 6-foot-3 and 260 pounds, Johnson played in 46 games with 29 starts during his four-year career in Oxford. He finished with 112 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 19 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and four pass deflections while playing throughout the Ole Miss defensive line.
