Bengals DE Carlos Dunlap named to Pro Bowl

The Cincinnati Bengals will have a second representative playing in the Pro Bowl on Jan. 29 in Orlando as the National Football League announced Tuesday that defensive end Carlos Dunlap has been named to the AFC roster, replacing injured Houston defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

Dunlap will join defensive tackle Geno Atkins, who was voted in.

Wide receiver A.J. Green was also voted into the game, but had already been ruled out due to his season-ending hamstring injury.

This is the second consecutive Pro Bowl berth for the 27-year-old Dunlap, who finished the 2016 campaign with eight sacks and a team-high three forced fumbles and 15 passes defensed.
