The No. 8-ranked University of Cincinnati basketball team punished the UConn Huskies in the early minutes of Saturday's 65-57 win at Gampel Pavilion in Storrs, Connecticut. UC grabbed an early 13-0 lead, and in the process prevented a frenzied "Whiteout" crowd from being a factor.
UC (21-2, 10-0 American Athletic Conference), which won its 14th straight game, built its lead to as many as 19 points in the second half.
