The World Cup Is Expanding
The recent news of World Cup expansion is somewhat similar to the push that MLS is making in its pursuit of rapid expansion. While the two competitions cannot be directly compared, the idea that more is better is not always true. While the changes in the World Cup format will not be implemented for some time, the MLS will have two new clubs starting this year.
