CHICAGO (June 25, 2017) – The Chicago Fire announced today that midfielders David Accam and Dax McCarty have been called in to their respective national teams for upcoming international fixtures. McCarty has been selected by head coach Bruce Arena for the United States’ final 23-man roster for the 2017 CONCACAF Gold Cup, while Accam is set to join Ghana ahead of friendlies against Mexico and the United States.
McCarty and the U.S. begin their Gold Cup training camp in Nashville, Tenn. on June 25 before traveling to Connecticut for the friendly against Ghana.
