The Home Run Derby reigns supreme. I know this without having to watch the Allstar Game, that’s how good it is. If you haven’t enjoyed this new time format yet, I’m sorry for you, because I can’t see it being boring for a long while. The “experts” all said it was anyone’s derby and I mostly agreed. The rankings were based on first half home run totals, and while obviously who cares?.. I bet a fan vote or some kind of gimmick ranking systems would be more accurate and more fun. Here is how I thought it would shake out.
