PHILADELPHIA – Chicago Cubs manager Joe Maddon’s memories of Sept. 11, 2001 include losing a fraternity brother in the collapse of the World Trade Centers that morning. Maddon had just re-connected after over 20 years with Neil Levin, who was the executive director of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
