The accepted conventional wisdom among most NBA fans and front office personnel is there are two ways to succeed. Either tank your way to the bottom and receive a top 3 draft pick. Or land a high-priced free agent and hope he convinces his friends to join him.
Both ways of reasoning are fraught with issues. A third way is focusing on the hidden gems of the draft. And one name that the Bulls would do well to turn their attention to is Rui Hachimura.
Hachimura would fill the glaring hole the Bulls need at the wing.
