The Patrick Kane investigation is reportedly nearing its conclusion. But Kane said he’s not talking about it until he hears word from the district attorney, not report.
The Buffalo News, citing sources, reported on Saturday night that charges probably will not be filed against Kane, who a woman has accused of raping her at his Hamburg, N.Y., home in early August.
Kane, speaking following the Blackhawks’ practice on Sunday, did not comment much on the situation.
“Those are just reports and not really any facts or anything so far,” said Kane. “For me to comment on that would be going against what we’ve been doing the whole time so I’m not really going to say much about it until the district attorney addresses everything and makes his decision.
