Blackhawks announce 2015-16 national television schedule

In conjunction with the National Hockey League, the Chicago Blackhawks today announced their 2015-16 regular-season national television schedule. Nationally, the Blackhawks will appear exclusively on NBC (including NBC and NBCSN) 12 times, the maximum allowed per the league’s national television agreement. Additionally, the Blackhawks will appear in nine non-exclusive nationally televised games, totaling a league-high 21 national appearances.

The Blackhawks’ first nationally televised game is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 7, when they host the New York Rangers at 7 p.m. CT on NBCSN for their 2015 Stanley Cup Championship banner-raising ceremony.
