Cesar Azpilicueta has rejected the suggestion that Cesc Fabregas will leave Chelsea in the January transfer window, calling on his club to keep him after an 'amazing' performance against Manchester City.
Fabregas has found himself on the periphery of Antonio Conte's squad this season and only started against Pep Guardiola's men after Nemanja Matic failed to recover from a calf injury.
It was only his second Premier League start of the campaign but the Spanish midfielder looked back to his best as he pulled the strings in midfield and created Diego Costa's equaliser with an outstanding pass to set the Blues on their way to a 3-1 victory.
