Marc Stein of ESPN reported that “tension escalated between the two teams in part because the Heat complained to “the highest levels of the league office” about what they perceived to be one-sided officiating in favor of Lin and Walker.” (Sporting News) This series has gotten extremely immature on Miami’s part.
There have been many questionable calls on both sides of this series. No one team was given a decided advantage over the other throughout the course of the first few games. It is extremely annoying that the Heat would go to such extremes to try and stop Kemba Walker and Jeremy Lin in this series.
