Director of Athletics Mike Hill, head football coach Will Healy and the entire 49ers program would like to thank Niner Nation for coming out en force to enjoy Friday's historic win over Duke.
In particular, the 49ers would like to thank the student body, which provided great energy to spur the electrifying win.
"The student section," Healy emphasized after the game. "HO-LY COW! That was big time. That was an incredible atmosphere that they created and they were here the whole game and they were loud the entire game.
