McRay Named Director of Student-Athlete Development

The Charlotte 49ers have announced that Nishia McRay has been named the department's Director of Student-Athlete Development.

McRay joins the 49ers from Texas A&M where she served as Coordinator of Student-Athlete Engagement for two years. With over four years of experience in the student-athlete development field, she has also worked with the University of South Florida and Old Dominion University athletic departments as well as the Tampa Bay Sports Commission.

McRay graduated from the University of West Georgia with a degree in psychology in 2014 before earning her master's degree in sports psychology from John F.
