Charlotte 49ers Gr. QB Lee McNeill (Indian Trail, N.C./Porter Ridge) has been named to the 2016 InTOUCH Credit Union Conference USA all-Academic Team. It is the second straight year that McNeill has earned a spot on the league's all-Academic Team. Last spring, he was also named the Conference USA Football Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
McNeill posted a 3.98 GPA as an undergraduate Business Administration major. He is currently pursuing his MBA and owns a 4.0 post-graduate GPA.
The 49ers' starting QB in 2015, McNeill is one of nine 49ers that played in all 46 games in program history.
