HUNTINGTON, W.Va. -- Charlotte's five starters all scored double-figure points and the 49ers received a significant boost from their bench, earning an 89-75 victory at Marshall Saturday. The triumph snapped the Niners' four-game losing skid and gave the program at least 10 conference wins for the third-straight season.
LEADERS
Sophomore posted her 14th career double-double, and seventh of the campaign, with 14 points and a game-best 13 boards. Her effort on the glass helped Charlotte (18-9, 10-6 C-USA) out-rebound the Thundering Herd, 48-to-35.
Senior chipped in a team-high 17 points, while junior added a season-best tying 13, on 5-of-5 field goals, including sinking all three of her attempts from behind the 3-point arc, to go along with her eight caroms.
