CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Charlotte baseball will carry a seven-game win streak into Tuesday night's homestand finale against Kennesaw State at 5:00 p.m. The seven-game stretch is the 49ers best since 2013, coming off back-to-back sweeps of WKU and Middle Tennessee in Conference USA play.
Charlotte (24-16) comes off their first perfect week of the year topping #17 Wake Forest 6-1 on the road Tuesday before sweeping Middle Tennessee Friday and Saturday. The 49ers busted open a 1-0 game with five in the fifth en route to a 10-2 victory in the series-opener. Zach Jarrett had three hits as one of five Niners to record at-least two hits.
