CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Charlotte 49ers baseball team was well represented on the All-Conference USA teams announced by league officials Tuesday afternoon The Niners had T.J. Nichting and Colton Laws earn first team honors while Brett Netzer and Zach Flanagan took home second team honors. Newcomers Matt Brooks and Zack Smith were each named to the league's all-freshman team. The All-Conference awards were distributed based on positions played and voted on by the league's media, head coaches and media relations personnel.
"Our team has had a very successful season and with that comes individual recognition," began Head Coach Loren Hibbs.
