Charlotte, N.C. -- Charlotte 49ers head men's basketball coach Mark Price announces the addition of Cape Fear Community College (N.C.) standout 6-foot-8 forward Devarte Watson, who has signed a National Letter of Intent to play for the 49ers.
"We are excited to add Devarte Watson to our basketball team," Price said. "He will be an exciting player for Niner Nation to watch. He is a 6-foot-8 really athletic big guy that is a good defender. He is a rim-protector that is a really good post defender. We are excited to add another talented big man to our roster.
