DADE CITY, Fla. - Central Michigan University junior golfer Bria Colosky posted in her best collegiate showing to date at the Spring Break Shootout at Lake Jovita Golf Club this week.
Colosky, a Farwell High School graduate, helped the Chippewas finish 11th out of 14 teams in the three-day invite that ran from Sunday through Tuesday. CMU carded a team score of 934 (317-304-313) and finished 70-over par. Western Kentucky was first with an 880 while Jacksonville was runner-up with a 904.
Colosky opened the tournament with an 82 Sunday before carding a program record 3-under par with a 69 Monday.
