Case Western Reserve University senior Nathaniel Wahner was named the University Athletic Association Athlete of the Week for men's track, following his performance at the All-Ohio Outdoor Championships, hosted by Ohio Wesleyan University, in Delaware, Ohio last weekend.
Wahner earned two individual All-Ohio honors on Saturday, while also setting a new school-record in the 100-meter dash. He earned All-Ohio honors with a first-place finish in the 100-meter dash with a time of 10.67 seconds to best the previous school-record of 10.78 seconds, set by Steve Ims during the 1989 season. His time also currently ranks first in the UAA and seventh in Division III.
