The Case Western Reserve University men's and women's track and field teams are prepared to travel to Kent, Ohio for the Kent State Golden Gala from Friday, December 8th through Saturday, December 9th in the Kent State Field House.
The Spartans are looking forward to another weekend of competition after last Saturday's season-opening meet. The men's team finished first out of the six teams at the meet, while the women placed second.
Standout performances from senior Cassandra Laios and sophomore Dominic Oddo highlighted the Spartans field. Laios finished second in the shot put with a mark of 13.
