The increasing number of cases of COVID-19 in Northeastern Ohio have prompted a change to the spectator policy for home athletic events at Case Western Reserve University. Effective immediately, and through January 31, no spectators will be allowed at varsity athletic competitions hosted by Case Western Reserve.
The University will continue to make ongoing assessments of whether COVID-19 case counts indicate that the timetable should be shortened or lengthened.
Varsity athletic teams with home contests during this time period currently include wrestling, men's and women's basketball, and men's and women's swimming and diving.
Case Western Reserve will be providing a live stream of each home event.
