First off, congratulations are in store for linebacker Thomas Davis. He and the Carolina Panthers have officially agreed to a contract extension that will likely keep him a Panther for life, according to Max Henson of Panthers.com.
When hearing from Davis after the extension, the excitement was obvious when reading what he had to say.
"Signing this extension is something I've wanted to do all along, and it just confirms that I now get to officially end my career as a Carolina Panther and that means the world to me," Davis told Panthers.
