With the No. 158 pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers have selected DT Daviyon Nixon from Iowa.
Nixon is another guy who is placing very highly on this now very relevant Relative Athletic Score (RAS) indicator, at an 8.77 overall. He runs a sub 5 second 40 yard dash at 315 lbs. He had a 71 yard pick six last year!
Daviyon Nixon led the Big Ten with 13.5 tackles for loss last season. Also had 5.5 sacks. Plus … a 71-yard pick-6!

Daviyon’s make him an intriguing pick because he might actually be a DE conversion project.
