It appears as though the Carolina Panthers are already preparing to make some moves this offseason as the team met with recently released wideout Victor Cruz on Monday, according to Bill Voth at Black And Blue Review.
Cruz was released as a cap casualty by the New York Giants last week after coming to the team in 2010 as an undrafted free agent. The seven-year veteran returned in 2016 from an unfortunate series of injuries that caused him to miss 10 games in 2014 with a torn patellar tendon and all of the 2015 season with a calf injury that resulted from the initial knee issue.
