Well that was difficult to watch for most of the game. The offense struggled, the defense struggled, the special teams was actually really good. It was like the anti-2015 Panthers showed up. Everything they did well last season looked like fecal matter this game. Concerning trends from the first few weeks of the season continued in this trip to Atlanta.
First Quarter
The Panthers got the ball first and moved the ball a little, but penalties helped stall the drive (sound familiar?). The Falcons got the ball and wasted no time marching down the field and scoring a touchdown.
