Fitzpatrick: Good to see Jets defense ‘bullying somebody else’

The New York Jets defense landed their first punch of the season before the team even stepped on the field, but quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is happy to see the unit has bullied opponents for four weeks.

Fitzpatrick, who took over for Geno Smith after since-released linebacker IK Enemkpali punched starting quarterback Geno Smith in the jaw, shared the zinger, per Bob Glauber of Newsday.

Fitzpatrick on Jets' D: "It was tough all off-season going against our defense. It's nice to see them bullying somebody else for a change."
