CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton has nothing on teammate Thomas Davis when it comes to customized classic cars.

The Panthers-themed car definitely rivals Newton’s 24 karat gold-plated 1970 Cutlass that was featured on ESPN.com this week.
"When they’re not on the field, they’re thinking about their cars," said Shawn Arnold, the owner of Ultimate Audio of Lexington, South Carolina, that customizes Davis' cars and those of other Carolina players.
