It was another tale of "two games in one" for the Carolina Hurricanes as they fell behind 2-0, made a furious rally to tie the score, then fell in overtime as they lost to the Philadelphia Flyers, 3-2 on Monday night at the Wells Fargo Center.
After a celebration for Rod Brind'Amour, who was inducted into the Flyers' Hall of Fame, the home team had all the jump and they put a lot of pressure on the Hurricanes early, but goalie Eddie Lack made several good stops to keep the Canes in the game.
