With his squad getting pumped 8-3 in the third period of an eventual 9-4 loss, the Hitmen bench boss blew his top on the bench.
He smashed a stick repeatedly on the boards before tossing it onto the ice.
After receiving the obligatory heave-ho, French stopped as he walked along the ice and got in a few verbal shots.
But he refused to discuss what — if there was just one specific incident — had set him off.
