It could be a Battle of Alberta first.
In the lengthy history of the storied rivalry between the NHL's Calgary Flames and Edmonton Oilers, the northerners have never managed a clean sweep in the regular-season series.
The Flames, of course, would like to keep it that way.
Connor McDavid & Co. have been victorious in all three matchups so far and will be shooting to finish the job in Saturday's fourth and final instalment — a Hockey Night in Canada clash at the Saddledome.
"They've taken a lot of points from us so far," said Flames right-winger Kris Versteeg.
