At Cal, Webster generally was responsible for coaching the team's guards. He helped develop players like Jordan McRae at Tennessee and Jodie Meeks at Kentucky, and you'd guess has done quite a bit with Jabari Bird and Jordan Mathews this season.
Webster's career started in the state of Wisconsin and did much of his assistant work in the Midwest.
