Letter: The real crisis is in the White House

He had two years to get it built while Republicans were in power and basically did nothing, but has decided now it's an emergency. You know, like Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

Ann Coulter, the rabid, right-wing pundit and author, said Trump's "national emergency" is a way to appease his “stupidest voters.” I never thought I'd find myself agreeing with Coulter, but I think she's right.

Trump’s base was furious and terrified that Trump might back away from his "wall" promise because Nancy Pelosi has positively owned him, making him look weak and ineffective.

Syphoning off badly needed funds for an "emergency" that doesn't exist isn't the worst thing Trump has done to America, but it's up there.
