BYU's 1,000-Point Club under coach Dave Rose features two sets of brothers

PROVO — Under BYU coach Dave Rose, 16 players have scored 1,000 career points, including two pairs of brothers.

In 2016-17, Nick Emery, who scored a season-high 13 points at Saint Mary's last Saturday, became the 50th player in Cougar history to score 1,000 career points. He joined Tyler Haws, Danny Ainge and Eric Mika as the only BYU players to reach 1,000 career points as sophomores.

TJ Haws became the 52nd Cougar and 16th under Rose to hit 1,000 career points at Illinois State on Nov. 28.

The 16 players who have scored 1,000 points under Rose include the all-time leading scorer in Tyler Haws and the second-leading scorer, Jimmer Fredette.
